Ramzan ke zuroori masael

Niyat ka bayan

1. Musalman ka ibadat ki niyat se subah sadiq se le ker suraj doobne tak apne  aap ko jan boojh ker khane peene aur jima(sex) se baaz rakhna, aurat ka haiz o nifas se khali hona shart hai

2. Jis tarah aur jagah bataya gaya ki niyat dil ke irade ko kehte hai, zaban se kehna shart nahi,roze me bi wahi murad hai, magar zaban se keh lena mustahab hai,

3. Namaz padhte me roza ki niyat ki, to niyat sahih hai.

Chand dekhne ka bayan

Huzoor aqdas s.a.w farmate hai ki roza na rakho, jab tak chand na dekh lo, aur iftar na karo jb tk chand na dekh lo, aur agar asman pe badal ho to miqdaar poori kar lo, aur agar shabaan ki 29 ko asman saaf ni hai, to 30 din poore ker lo.

Ek jagah chand hua, to wo sirff wahi ke lie nahi,balki tamam jahan ke lie hai, magar dusri jagah ke lie uska hikm is waqt hai, ki unke mazdeek us din tareekh me, chand hi\ona sharai suboot se hasil ho jae, yaani dekhne ki gawahi, ya qazi ke hukm ki shahadat guzre, ya muttaid jamaete waha se aaker khabar de, ki fala jagah chand hua haiaur waha logo ne roza rakha ya eid ki hai

Chand ki untees tareekh ko agar gard o gubar ho, ya asmaan saaf na ho to ramzan ke chand ka suboot ek aaqil balig mastoor ya aadil shaksh se ho jata hai. Baqi tamam maheeno ke lie 2 aadil mard ya ek aadil mard wa 2 aadil aurto ki shahadat se chand ka suboot hoga, aur agar asman saaf ho to jab tak bohot se log shahadat na de,chand ka suboot nahi ho sakta, magar jb ki dusre shaher ya kisis buland jagah s chand dekha bayan kare to ek aadil ka qaul bi ramzan ka chand qubool kr lia jaega.

Kin cheezo se roza nahi toot ta hai

Bhool ker khane peene, jima kne ya tel surma lagane, khushboo sunghne, kaan me paani chale jane, kaan khujlane, ehtelam hone, muh me jahu hua thook nigalne, halaq me gubar, dhua makhi chale jane se roza nahi toot ta.

Kisi roza daar ko un af;’aal me dekhe to yaad dilana wajib hai,  yaad na dilaya to gunehgar hoga, magar jab roza dar bohot kamzor ho, ki yaads dilaega to wo khana chod dega, aur kamzori itni badh jaegi, ki roza rakhna dushwar ho jaega, aur khalega to troza bhi achi tarah poora ker lega, aur dusri ibadat e bhi ba khoobi ada ker leha,to us sorat me yaad na dilana behtar  hai

Bhool ke Makhi nigal gaya to roza na gaya, aur jaan boojh ke nigli to roza jata raha

Kaan, naak me dawa ya tel dalne, jaan boojh ker muh bhar qae karne, kulli karte waqt halaq me pani utar jane, raat ke shubah (shak) me tuloo subah sadiq ke baad sehri kha lene, guroob e aftaab se qabl galti se iftar ker lene se roza toot jata hai, aur sirf qaza lazim hoti hai.


·         Hukka, sigaar, cigarette, peene se roza jata rehta hai

·         Dote me pani pi liya,ya kuch kha liya, yam uh khula tja to pani ka qatra, ya oola, halaq me chala gaya, to roza jata raha,

·         Dusre ka thook nigal gaya ya apna hi thook hathj per le ker nigal gaya to roza jata raha,

·         Aansu muh me chala gaya, agar qatra 2 qatra hai to roza na gaya, aur zyada tha ki uski namkeeni poore muh me mehsoos hui to jata raha, paseene ka bhi yahi hukm hai

·         Ramzan me bila uzr jo shaksh aelanaiya taur per qasdan khae to hukm hai use qaqtl kiya jae, b.s 988

Roze ke makroohat

Huzoor aqdas s.a.w farmate hai ki jo buri kehna aur us per amal karna na chode, to Allah taala ko uski kuch hajat nahi, ki usne khana peena chod diya hai.

Jhoot, chugli,geebat, gali dena, behuda baat, kisi ko takleef dena,in ki wajah se roze me karahat aati hai,996

Roze dar ko bila uzr kisi cheez ka chabana ya ya chakhna makrooh hai.aur chakhne se murad ye hai ki zuban per rakh ker maza hasil ker ke thook de, use halaq me kuch jane na pae

Koi chiz khareedi, aur chakhna zuroori hai ki agar na chakhega to nuqsan hoga, to chakh sakta hai, warna makrooh hai.997

Gulab, ya mushk wagaira sunghna, dhadi much me tel lagana,makrooh nahi, magar zeenat ki niyat se na ho, 997

Miswak karna makrooh nahi, aur kisi time bhi ker sakta hai, kuch logo me mash hoor hai ki dopahar ke baad rozedar ko miswak karna makrooh hai, ye hamare mazhab ke khilaf hai,997

Muh me thook ikhatta ker ke nigal jana beggair roze ke bhi na pasand hai, aur roza me makrooh,998

Sehri khana aur usme kate (taakheer) kerna mustahab hai, magar na ki itni takheer ki ki subah ho jane ka shak ho jae,998

Sehri aur iftar ka bayan

Huzoor aqdas s.a.w farmate hai ki sehri khao, ke sehri khane me barkat hai, b.s 999

 luqma hai, b.s 999

Huzoor aqdas s.a.w farmate hai ki Allah aur uske farishte sehri khane wale per 
durud bhejte hai, b.s 1000

Huzoor aqdas s.a.w farmate hai ki hamesha log khair ke saath rahenge, jab tak iftar me
 jaldi karenge, b.s 1000

Huzoor aqdas s.a.w farmate hai ki Allah ta;ala ne farmaya, mere bando me mujhe zyada
 pyara wo hai jo iftar me jaldi karta hai, b.s 1001

Huzoor aqdas s.a.w farmate hai ki jab tum me koi roza iftar kare to khajur ya chuhare se iftra kare, ki wo barkat hai, aur agar na mile to pani se kare ki wo pak karne wala hai, b.s 1001


Iftar ki dua   Allahumma laka sumto wa ala rizqika aftarto, b.s 1001

Ek riwayat me hai ki jo roza dar ko pani pilaega, Allah ta,ala use mere hauz se pilaega ki jannat me dakhil hone tak pyasa na hoga, b.s 1002
